Are buyer's agents free now?
Buyer's agents are not free, though the specific cost is now negotiated in writing between a buyer and their agent rather than assumed to be baked automatically into the seller's price. A seller can still agree to cover some or all of that negotiated amount as part of accepting an offer. Brian Beatty puts his own terms in writing with every buyer before a single showing.
