Do I pay anything before my home sells?
Out-of-pocket costs before a home sells are usually limited to whatever repairs or staging the seller chooses to make, since Brian's marketing and listing work is paid from the proceeds at closing, not billed upfront. A seller decides how much to spend on prep based on what the walkthrough recommends, and none of it is required to get a home listed.
