What is a buyer-broker agreement?
A buyer-broker agreement is the written contract a buyer signs with their agent spelling out how that agent gets paid, what services they provide, and how long the arrangement lasts before a buyer tours homes with them. Since recent industry changes, most brokerages require this agreement in writing rather than relying on a verbal understanding. Brian Beatty reviews his agreement terms with every buyer before any showing.
