What is a final walk-through and when does it happen?
A final walk-through is the buyer's last inspection of the home, usually scheduled within a day or two of closing, to confirm the property is in the same condition as when the offer was accepted and that any agreed-upon repairs were actually completed. It is not a second full inspection, just a confirmation check. Brian schedules this walk-through close enough to closing that there is time to address anything found before you sign.
