What is the difference between a licensed salesperson, an associate broker and a Realtor on Goose Creek?

A licensed salesperson holds a basic South Carolina real estate license and must work under a supervising broker, while an associate broker has completed additional education and experience requirements to hold a broker's license without necessarily managing an office.
